Functional Medicine

http://www.functionalmedicine.org/
The Institute for Functional Medicine is the organization which fosters a holistic and integrated view of health and disease. There is a “find a practitioner” function which will help you locate a physician who has been trained in these understandings.

Supplements

http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/
This is the Linus Pauling Institute at the Oregon State University and offers scientifically based recommendations for the use of specific supplements in different diseases. Some people may find the information a bit overwhelming or overly technical but the information is rock solid.

www.nutritiondata.com
A wonderful source of really complete information on nutritional and metabolic effects of specific foods including glycemic index, inflammatory factor, calories, nutrient content, protein quality, nutrient balance. The graphic displays are well done.
